Ingredients
- 3 lg. bananas
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions
- Mash bananas. Add in sugar and slightly beaten egg. Add in melted butter. Sift dry ingredients together and add in to above mix. Mix till moistened. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
