Ingredients
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening, Crisco
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- I make in my Kitchen Aid mixer using the wire whip. Combine all except egg and lowfat milk. Whip. Then add in egg and lowfat milk. Mix till all blends. Turn onto a floured board and knead slightly. Roll to 3/4 inch and cut. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 min. Makes 12.
