Add a photoA Amazing Pumpkin cake with addicting Fluffy Pumpkin icing!
As a chef, I know I'm supposed to make everything from stratch and amaze everyone. But after working all day, I want to make something easy Like everyone else. Though If you know cakes, you can make a pumpkin Cake from scartch
Ingredients
- 1 Packadge Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree divided
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin spice
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1/3 cup Milk
- Frosting:
- 1 Package Cream Cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 3 cups Whipped Cream
Directions
- ~ Preheat Oven to 350 and grease two 9 inch round cake pans.Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil milk, half the amount of pumpkin and the pumpkin spice til smooth, Pour batter into the two round pans. Bake at 350 for 28 to 32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out Clean.
- let these cool.
- While it cools.
- Take the package of Cream cheese and Mix it until it's light and fluffy, Add the remaining pumpkin, the pumpkin spice, icing sugar stir til it's all mixed in. Then fold in the whipped Cream
- When cool. Cut cakes to create 4 nice even round layers.
- Ice the layers with plently of frosting. try not to lick your fingers to much. Leave the top bare. or if you Like frost the whole thing..
- If you leave the top bar. Drizzle with Carmel topping and sprinkle chopped Pecans on top.
