Ingredients
- 2 can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stk butter
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Leave cream cheese and butter out for about 30 min to soften, mix corn, lowfat milk, butter, cream cheese and 1 1/2 c. of the cheddar together. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 5-10 min more. You will like this, it is really good.
