Ingredients
- 2 c. corn bread mix
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Bake in 8-inch cast iron skillet which has been well greased. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 min or possibly till golden.
