Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 pkg. frzn coconut
Directions
- Mix and beat 4 min. Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350 degrees about 25 min.
- Mix everything together except vanilla and coconut, and cook over medium heat till thick. Cool. Add in vanilla and coconut and put between layers.Make 7-Minute Icing and put between layers, on top and sides. Sprinkle package of fresh frzn coconut on top and sides.
