Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1 c. warm, strong coffee
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash of salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in mixing bowl except coffee. Mix well. Add in coffee mix thoroughly. Batter will be very thin. Pour into well-greased well-floured pan (13x9). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cool and frost with favorite icing.
