Ingredients
- Up to 12 pound chicken wings
- 2 lg. jars apricot preserves
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1" piece fresh ginger root (peel & mince)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl (to be able to mix well). Put chicken wings in large baking dish. Pour mix over chicken and stir to coat chicken. Bake (uncovered) for 2 1/2 hrs basting every half hour.
