Best Bleu Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup + 2 tbs buttermilk
2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbs fresh lemon juice*
4 oz grated bleu cheese**
White or white wine vinegar may be substituted
You can partially freeze the wedge of cheese and grate -OR- crumble it and process it in a Ninja or other powerful food processor
