Best Basic Bread For The Bread Machine

Ingredients

1 c. Hot water
2 Tbsp. Butter
3 c. Flour (I use King Arthur Special for Machines)

1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
3 tsp Instant yeast

Directions

Place in bread maker according your machine's instructions. Remove from machine after first rise and shape as desired (loaf, sandwich or possibly hamburger rolls, pizza crust). Allow to rise again and bake till bread sounds hollow when thumped.
