Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees:
  2. Butter a pie dish with a little bit of butter.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in milk until combined. Whisk in flour and baking powder, just until smooth
  4. Place berries into the prepared dish and pour batter over berries. Bake about 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden.
