Ingredients
- 3 lrg Egg whites
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3 1/2 c. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or possibly a combo
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Blend together the egg whites, Large eggs, flour, lowfat milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt till smooth. Heat butter in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick ovenproof frying pan in a 425 degree oven. Tilt the pan to coat it proportionately. Pour the batter into the pan and bake till puffy and well-browned (about 25 min).
- In a bowl, combine the berries and cinnamon. Spoon the misture onto the dutch baby and sprinkle with powdered sugar. (4 servings)
