Ingredients

  • 3 c. blueberries (or possibly any combination of raspberries, blackberries, marionberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar Juice of lemon
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Wash the berries and put in a buttered, 9-inch square baking dish, or possibly casserole of a similar size. Add in 6 Tbsp. sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and stir to coat the berries.
  2. Combine the flour, butter, remaining sugar and salt and mix with a fork or possibly your fingertips till the mix is crumbly. Sprinkle the mix over the berries and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
