Ingredients

  • Instant Dry Yeast - 1 1/2 tbsp (I used Mauripan)
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Warm water - 3/4 cup + 3/4 cup
  • All purpose flour/maida - 3 cups
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • For the filling
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves - 2,minced
  • Onion - 1 big,finely chopped
  • Tomatoes - 3 medium,finely chopped
  • Bell peppers - 3,1 each of red,green and yellow-cubed
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Dried Basil - 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 gms,grated
  • Egg - 1,beaten(optional)
