Ingredients
- 6 egg whites (beaten stiff)
- 6 egg yolks (beaten well)
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 1/2 T melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Beat egg yolk; add in lowfat milk, vanilla and butter; mix well. Add in flour to lowfat milk mix and beat well. Mix in egg whites. Bake in hot Belgium waffle iron. Serves 4. This is excellent with orange syrup.
