Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 3 x Egg, slightly beaten

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt; mix well. Heat lowfat milk, water and butter till very hot (120 f-130 ); butter does not need to heat completely. Add in hot liquid to flour mix. Add in Large eggs. Blend at low speen until moistened; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Cover with plastic wrap and foil; chill several hour or possibly overnight.
