- 2 c. minced cabbage
- 1 c. red sweet pepper
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. minced cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 x 1/4 c. vinegar, up to 2
Directions
