Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) can beer (flat beer is ok)
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Bermuda onions
Directions
- Soak beer and flour overnight. Cut onion in 1/4 inch slices. Dip rings in batter and deep fry in warm oil.
- Serves 4.
