Directions

  1. Heat butter in large skillet and saute/fry' onions till tender. Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
  2. Add in browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onions. Add in sufficient beer to cover. Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.
