Directions

  1. Combine 1 1/2 c. of flour, beer and salt in a bowl. Stir till batter is mixed well. Clean shrimp and dip in flour then batter. Heat oil in a deep pot till very warm. Drop battered shrimp one at a time into warm oil. When shrimp start to float and turn golden brown, remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Serves four.
