  1. In a mixing bowl combine flour, paprika, salt, ginger and pepper. Add in beer and egg; beat with a hand beater to make smooth batter. Mix crushed pretzels, Parmesan cheese, bacon and parsley in a large plastic bag. Dip chicken pcs one a time in batter; then place in bag with pretzel mix and shake to coat. Place coated chicken pcs in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Bake, covered, at 350F for 30 min. Remove cover. Continue baking, uncovered, about 30 min longer or possibly till chicken is cooked through.
