Cheddar or possibly taco cheese shredded; 4 c. lettuce shredded; 2 med tomatoes diced; 1 sm onion diced; 1 med green pepper diced tortilla chips

Ingredients

8 ounce cream cheese softened
8 ounce lowfat sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 lb grnd beef
1 env taco seasoning mix
8 ounce tomato sauce
2 c. Cheddar or possibly taco cheese shredded
4 c. lettuce shredded
2 med tomatoes diced
1 sm onion diced
1 med green pepper diced tortilla chips

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise till smooth. Spread on a 12" to 14" pizza pan or possibly serving dish. Chill for 1 hour. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add in taco seasoning and tomato sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Cold completely. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Serve with chips. 16-20 servings
