Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 or possibly 4 tomatoes
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 3 or possibly 4 green peppers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 pound beef slices
  • 1 teaspoon wine
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

  1. Soak beef slices in mix of wine, oil, shoyu, sugar and cornstarch for 1/2 hour. Cook soaked beef, remove from pan, cook vegetables. Put beef back in pan and add in gravy and cook for a minute.
