  • 2 lbs. beef tips
  • 1 whole garlic, minced
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 cans golden brown mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. cooking wine (red only)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Brown beef tips in butter in a large pot. Add in other ingredients, simmer on low heat, covered, for 2 hrs or possibly till beef tips are tender. Serve on bed of rice or possibly noodles.
