  1. Dredge beef in flour; brown in warm oil in a large Dutch oven, stirring occasionally. Add in remaining ingredients except noodles. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender. Serve over cooked noodles. Yield 12 to 14 servings.
