Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Slice round steak in strips or possibly tips. Heat butter in skillet. Add in other ingredients and cook over low heat till strips are tender for about 40 min. Add in water if needed. Serve over rice or possibly cream potatoes.
