  1. Preheat grill. In a small saucepan combine cream cheese, half & half, garlic, parsley and pepper. Blend well. Cook over medium heat till the mix is smooth. Add in mushrooms. Keep hot. Place steaks on grill and cook till done. Pour cheese mix over steaks and serve.
