Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (12 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- Few splashes warm pepper sauce
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 1/2 to 3 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. black olives
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, onion and garlic. Slowly stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour mix into a baking dish, about 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Bake for 45 min or possibly till fork inserted into loaf comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve.
