Beef Taco Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 c. Pace Chunky Salsa or possibly Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 6 x Mission Flour Tortillas, 8" dia or possibly 8 corn tortillas, 6" dia cut into 1" pcs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook beef in skillet till browned. Pour off fat. Add in soup, salsa, water, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt shallow baking dish. Cover.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or possibly till warm. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
