Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 can Campbells, (10-3/4oz) tomato soup
- 1 c. Salsa
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 x Flour tortillas or possibly 8 corn tortillas, ( 6"to 8") cut into 1" pcs
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In shillet over medium-high heat cook beef till browned. pour off fat. Add in soup,salsa,lowfat milk,tortilas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish, cover.
- bake at 400 f. for 30 min or possibly till warm sprinkle remaining cheese, serves 4
- we double, and make three to four dishs to feed our gang
