Ingredients
- Leftover steak or possibly roast beef (I freeze leftovers till I have sufficient for a meal)
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 diced onion
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Cut steak into bite size pcs. Shake in plastic bag with flour, salt and pepper. Saute/fry onion and mushrooms in butter. Add in meat and simmer on low heat, covered, for 2 hrs. Add in water as needed to keep moist. Stir occasionally. When done, stir in lowfat sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over buttered noodles.
