Directions

  1. Cut meat into strips. Salt and pepper it and then coat in flour. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Add in onions and meat. Saute/fry till brown. Add in soup, water and gravy mix. Lower heat to simmer. Cook noodles. Just before serving, add in lowfat sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
