Ingredients
- 2 lb stewing beef in 1" pcs
- 1 pkt onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. quick tapioca
- 1 can whole mushrooms - (4 ounce)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot, stirring together to mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 12 hrs or possibly for 4 to 6 hrs on HIGH.
- Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
