• 1 can (20 ounce) whole tomatoes, undrained
• 1 tsp Dry oregano
• 1/2 tsp Dry parsley
• 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
• 1 sm Onion, chopped
• 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
