  • 2 pound round steak (or possibly any beef stew meat may be used)
  • Garlic salt, salt, pepper
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • 1 can cut green beans, undrained
  • 1 sm. can V-8 juice (6 ounce.), warm type
  • 1 jar Heinz Mushroom Gravy
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Season beef with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cut into serving pcs. Put into crock pot with sliced onion, separated into rings. Add in potatoes and green beans. Top with gravy, tomato sauce and tomato juice. Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs. Remove cover and thicken gravy, if necessary. Yield: 8.
