  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 3/4 c. minced pimento
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) mushrooms, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 can (10 ounce.) RoTel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 pound Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) minced ripe olives
  • 1 c. golden brown raisins, optional

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef, drain grease. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 2 hrs. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
  2. Note: Recipe can be doubled and extra frzn for later use.
