Croatian beef paprikash and Italian pasta make a warm and filling combination.

Directions

1.
For the marinade, mix and combine all ingredients. Marinate steak strips for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2.
Brown the steak in the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes.
3.
Add the onions, pepper and paprika and cook, tossing, until softened, 4 to 6 minutes.
4.
Add the beef broth and simmer until thickened, 10 to 12 minutes; stir in the sour cream.
5.
Meanwhile, cook the fusilli pasta according to the package directions, drain.
6.
Serve the steak over the fusilli pasta and top with the parsley.
