  • 1 1/4 pound grnd beef
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 or possibly 7 ounce. can mushrooms and liquid
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 12 ounce. flat noodles, cooked, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic in butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Add in mushrooms, liquid and soup. Cook over low heat, stirring till bubbly and warm.
