Ingredients
- 1 lg. beef roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
- 1 med. onion
Directions
- In 9x13 cake pan, place roast. Pour the rest of the ingredients on top. Cover with foil.
- Place on warm covered grill so it can bake for 2-3 hrs till the meat is tender.
