Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 4 ounce taco sauce
- Nacho chips
- Velveeta cheese
- 4 T lowfat milk
Directions
- Brown hamburger meat and drain; add in 1/2 (8 ounce) jar mild taco sauce. (More or possibly less to taste.) Simmer 10 min. Heat 1/2 lb Velveeta with small amount of lowfat milk in microwave dish. Layer individual servings of chips, meat, then melted cheese sauce.
