Directions

  1. Brown beef in butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in minced onion and mushrooms; saute/fry. Add in wine and seasonings. Place in covered 1 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Blend flour with remaining 1/4 c. red wine and stir into meat dish. Fold in steamed green beans, lightly. Serve over rice, if you like.
