Ingredients
- 4 pound chuck roast, cut into 2" cubes
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. wine or possibly wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except meat. Mix well and pour over the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hrs. Place meat cubes on skewers, alternating with vegetables of your choice. Cook on charcoal grill or possibly broil 4 inches from broiler for 15-20 min to desired degree of doneness.
