Ingredients
- 2 pound brisket or possibly venison
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic poetry
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 teaspoon liquid hickory smoke flavor
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except meat. Stir till seasonings are mixed well. Trim all fat off of meat. Cut meat in thin slices. Put meat in liquid mix and let set overnight in the refrigerator. Drain meat and put meat strips directly on oven racks. Cook at lowest temperature (150 to 200 degrees) for 4 to 7 hrs.
- Blot off excess oil and let cold. Remove from racks. Store in airtight containers.
