  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, minced

Directions

  1. 1.Put the meat, onion slices and the apple slices in a big bowl. Thin the vinegar with a little broth; add in oil and pour over all. 2. Let it all sit and add in the chives before serving with a hearty bread.
