Directions

  1. 1 . Heat vegetable oil in a wok or possibly frying pan. Add in garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add in onion and beef and stir-fry for 3 min or possibly till beef is browned. Remove meat mix from pan and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in pan, add in capsicum, bean sprouts and snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add in black bean sauce, soy sauce, stock, sugar and cornflour mix. Cook, stirring, till mix thickens slightly.
  3. Return meat mix to pan. Cook for 2 to 3 min longer or possibly till heated through.
