Directions

  1. Brown cubes in non-stick skillet, sprinkle with garlic pwdr and Worcestershire sauce. Push meat to side, add in onion and pepper. Saute/fry till onion is yellow, pepper crisp. Add in basil, oregano and rosemary. Simmer for a minute mixing seasonings with meat and vegetables. Add in wine to taste (about 1/2 c.). Simmer for 5 min. Serve over cooked rice.
