  • 3 pound beef cubes
  • 2 cans golden brown mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 3/4 c. dry wine (sherry or possibly burgundy), add in more if you like
  • 1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2-4 hrs, covered at first. Stir through 3-4 times during baking. Uncover for the last hour.
