Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 c. diced green peppers
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 pound (13 ounce.) tomatoes, cut up
- 1 1/2 cooked rice
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Brown hamburger, onion, green peppers, and celery; drain. Simmer rest of ingredients and add in hamburger mix. Simmer 20 min. Add in cooked rice before serving.
