We have a Delicious Beef Bowl, Yoshinoya Style. If you have ever been to Japan and visited one of many chain restaurants called Yoshinoya, this recipe will remind you of the same taste or maybe even better. lol This is very simple to make about 30 minutes and your done. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 300g Thinly Sliced Beef
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Light Color Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Granules Dashi Stock
  • 400 cc Water

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into thinly slice, and the beef into bite-pieces.
  2. Boil the water, and add the granules dash stock. When it become to the boil, add the onion and simmer for 2-3 minute.
  3. Add the beef and simmer for about 10 minute with lid.
  4. Add the ginger and simmer for about 1 minute.
