Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can pork & beans
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 3 T chopped onion
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Brown and drain grnd beef. Add in onion, barbecue sauce, beans and brown sugar. Cook till bubbly.Cut biscuits in half circles. Pour beef into 2 qt casserole. Add in biscuits in circle around edge and fill center with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till biscuits are done.
